Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are offered, except where required by law.

3. Billing Period Access

If a user cancels a paid plan, paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that, the account may return to Free Preview access.

4. School or District Purchases

School, district, or institutional purchases may be controlled by a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement may control billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms for that institution.
