Sylliqo Terms of Service

1. Overview

Sylliqo is an academic planning platform that helps students organize assignments, deadlines, study plans, workload, and school responsibilities using software and artificial intelligence.

2. Educational Use

Sylliqo is designed to support planning, organization, and time management. It is not a replacement for teacher instructions, official school systems, academic integrity policies, gradebooks, or the user's own judgment.

3. School and District Use

If Sylliqo is used by a school, district, or educational organization, additional written agreements may apply. Those agreements may include student data privacy terms, security requirements, data deletion rules, and school-controlled access terms.

4. Student Data

Users may add assignment text, syllabus content, school-related notes, uploaded screenshots, photos, and planning information. Sylliqo uses this information to provide the requested planning features and improve the user's academic organization experience.

5. AI Output

Sylliqo may use AI to summarize assignments, estimate workload, suggest priorities, and generate study plans. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or miss important details. Users should verify deadlines, instructions, grades, and requirements with their school, teacher, syllabus, or official learning platform.

6. Academic Integrity

Sylliqo is intended to help users plan and organize their work. Users are responsible for following all school rules, honor codes, assignment requirements, and academic integrity policies.

7. Under-13 Use

Sylliqo is not intended for direct use by children under 13 without appropriate parent, guardian, school, or district authorization. If we learn that a child under 13 has used Sylliqo without required consent, we may restrict the account and delete related data.

8. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, users agree to the price, billing period, and cancellation terms shown at checkout or inside Sylliqo.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are offered, except where required by law.

10. Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse Sylliqo, overload the service, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with other users, break laws, violate school rules, or use the service for harmful or unauthorized purposes.

11. Beta and Service Changes

Sylliqo may update, pause, remove, or change features as the product improves. Some features may be beta features and may change over time.
